Fish Oil (Omega 3)

One of the best natural anti-inflammatory nutrients around. An added benefit of fish oil is that if you use for longer than six weeks it helps you to burn fat! Much research indicates that omega-3 fatty acid supplements block production of prostaglandins that create pain and inflammation. Scientists have learned that Palaeolithic humans consumed 3000 mg of omega- 3 a day. Today we consume only 120 mgr.
Make sure you’re eating oily fish or taking a good quality supplement. I only recommend using a pharmaceutical grade product. Buy from a company that certifies it to be free of rancidity and contaminants such as mercury and PCBs.

Epsom Salts

An old-fashioned treatment. It’s a powerful remedy for overall myofascial pain and it detoxes the body as well. Use it especially for hip, knee and foot pain. Add 2 cups of Epsom salt and 1 cup of baking soda in the bath tab. Stat by soaking for 10 minutes and work up gradually to 30 min. Make sure to drink a lot of water half an hour before entering the bath tab
